Your prompt payment helps us ensure the ongoing maintenance, improvements, and community-building activities that we all value. • Dues/Assessment are required to be Paid by the 1st of the Month
• Dues must be paid by Check (at this time)
• Dues can be mailed to or dropped off in the mailbox noted as:

          413 Kahler Street, #33

          Gulfport MS 39507         

• Dues paid and/or received on/after the 16th day of the month will incur a $50 Late Penalty Monthly until the dues are paid (for example: For HOA dues due on January 1, if the dues are not paid in full for January until March 20, then there will be a $150 Late fee applied for Months of January, February, and March until the January dues were paid in full.
• Owners may request a Late Fee waiver to the Board in writing for consideration
• The 2026 Dues/Assessment amounts are as follows: 
  • Bldg 4, Units 21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28               $288/Monthly       1 Bdrm
  • Bldgs 1&2, Units 1,2,4,5,7,8,10,12,13,15,16            $335/Monthly      2 Bdrm
  • Bldg 3, Units 17,18,19.20                                      $339/Monthly      2 Bdrm
  • Bldgs 1&2, Units 3,6,11,14                                     $365/Monthly     2 Bdrm
  • Bldg 5, Units 29,30,31,32                                    $390/Monthly
